We are looking for a Payroll Administration Assistant to join our team in the Human Resources department. In this role, you will support the payroll administrator in processing salaries, verifying data, and responding to employee inquiries about their payslips. You will handle sensitive information with accuracy and confidentiality, contributing to timely and correct payroll processing. As a Payroll Administration Assistant, you play a key role in the payroll process. You will collect and verify data such as worked hours, leave requests, and sick reports. You will also assist in preparing reports and payment summaries. Regular communication with colleagues from other departments is essential to verify information and answer questions. You will work with payroll software and Excel, ensuring all data is entered correctly. You will identify discrepancies and report them to the payroll administrator. Additionally, you will support the processing of changes such as salary increases, job changes, and employee onboarding and offboarding. We are looking for someone with a proactive attitude, who works in a structured manner and can handle confidential information well. You should have an affinity for numbers and administration and be willing to further develop within the field of payroll administration. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a professional HR environment and grow into a more independent role within payroll administration.
